In order for us to process your order Nua Nu need to capture certain information about the order and about you. We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.


The only time we share personal details for example name, address and phone number is to arrange delivery of your goods.

As mentioned above we obtain personal details relating to our customers and we hold this date to:

  • Process orders and organise delivery of goods

  • Contact customers to discuss orders

Nua Nu does not store the credit card details for any of our customers. We use payment gateways to take credit or debit card payments. This ensures the highest level of security for our customers. These are Paypal and Stripe.
